Here are 4 of our favourite Barry’s smoothie recipes that you can make at home.

Tip: These recipes contain either whey or vegan protein. To make them vegan or non-vegan, just swap out the protein powder for the product that best suits your needs (all available from the HERMOSA store). 

1. PBJ

This Barry’s Bootcamp protein shake is inspired by the classic flavour combo of peanut butter and jelly. Packed full of protein, vitamins and tasty AF, the PBJ is the BFF you need to keep you primed and motivated.

Ingredients:

  • ½ a cup of frozen blueberries
  • ½ a cup of frozen strawberries
  • ½ a cup of ice
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 8oz of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop of HERMOSA Sculpt Vanilla Whey Protein

Method:
Simply blend all the ingredients together until the consistency is creamy. Sit back and enjoy – you earned it!
