Hermosa Protein Pancakes
(Whey + Vegan Options)

🥞 Whey Pancakes
Makes ~12 pancakes (7–8 cm diameter)
Fluffy, satisfying, and a Hermosa staple.
Ingredients

1 banana
-
1 egg
-
1 scoop HERMOSA whey protein

30g oats
-
Splash of plant milk (optional)
Method

Mash the banana.

Whisk in the egg.

Add oats and whey protein and mix well.

Add a small splash of milk if needed.

Cook over medium heat until golden on both sides.

🌱 Vegan Pancakes
Makes ~12 pancakes (7–8 cm diameter)
Soft, naturally sweet, and dairy-free.
Ingredients

1 banana
-
½ cup oats (pre-blended optional for a smoother texture)

1 scoop vegan protein powder
-
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2-3 dates
-
½ cup plant milk (add more if needed)

Optional: dash of maple syrup
Method

In a separate bowl or jug, add 1 tbsp ground flaxseed to 3 tbsp water and let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.

Stir in oats, protein powder, flaxseed and dates

Add plant milk and mix to form a thick batter. (reminder to add more if you want a thinner mixture)

Let sit for 2–3 minutes to thicken.

Cook on a non-stick pan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden.
