PANCAKE DAY BUT MAKE IT HERMOSA!

Hermosa Protein Pancakes

(Whey + Vegan Options)

Soft, naturally sweet, and packed with protein, these are the kind of pancakes that feel indulgent but still support your goals.

Perfect post-workout, slow weekend mornings, or when you want breakfast to feel intentional.



🥞 Whey Pancakes

Makes ~12 pancakes (7–8 cm diameter)

Fluffy, satisfying, and a Hermosa staple.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1 egg

  • 1 scoop HERMOSA whey protein

  • 30g oats

  • Splash of plant milk (optional)

Method

  1. Mash the banana.

  2. Whisk in the egg.

  3. Add oats and whey protein and mix well.

  4. Add a small splash of milk if needed.

  5. Cook over medium heat until golden on both sides.


🌱 Vegan Pancakes

Makes ~12 pancakes (7–8 cm diameter)

Soft, naturally sweet, and dairy-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • ½ cup oats (pre-blended optional for a smoother texture)

  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 2-3 dates
  • ½ cup plant milk (add more if needed)

  • Optional: dash of maple syrup

Method

  1. In a separate bowl or jug, add 1 tbsp ground flaxseed to 3 tbsp water and let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.

  2. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in oats, protein powder, flaxseed and dates

  4. Add plant milk and mix to form a thick batter. (reminder to add more if you want a thinner mixture)

  5. Let sit for 2–3 minutes to thicken.

  6. Cook on a non-stick pan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden.

Serve With

  • Nut butter

  • Berries

  • Coconut yogurt

  • Maple drizzle
