We love this frozen berries smoothie because it’s just so quick and easy to make. It's a simple case of throwing the ingredients into your blender, pressing go, and then pouring yourself a glass of HERMOSA-fuelled goodness.

This berries smoothie gets even better when you know it’s 100% vegan. Plus, frozen fruit is a great alternative to fresh fruit. It’s often cheaper and you can keep it handy in the freezer whenever you need an ice cold pick-me-up.

  • 300g frozen berries
  • 220ml oat milk
  • 100ml water
  • 2 scoops* HERMOSA Sculpt Vanilla Vegan Protein
  • 30g maple syrup

* NB 1 serving is 2 scoops from a jar but 1 from a pouch.


  • Blender or food processor

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Grab a glass and pour.
  3. Enjoy!


If you can resist downing this in one sitting, you’ll want to keep your berries smoothie nice and cool in the fridge. Store it in an airtight container and be sure to enjoy it within 1-2 days. The sooner the better we say!


Oat milk - This recipe works just as well with any other milk alternatives, like almond, soy or coconut milk. Of course, if you’re not plant-based you can totally make this berries smoothie with cow’s milk too.

Vegan protein - Again, if you’re not of the vegan persuasion, feel free to drop in a couple of scoops of HERMOSA Sculpt Vanilla Whey Protein for all the same benefits and flavour profile.

Maple syrup - You could easily swap out the maple syrup for agave or honey (if you’re non-vegan). But, to be honest, it tastes just as banging without the extra sweetness if you’d rather cut it out completely.
