To celebrate the launch of her new book, Confidence, Roxie Nafousi partnered with us, her favourite protein brand.
Together we created the most delicious shake, inspired by Roxie’s favourite treat, the cinnamon bun.
A shake so tasty, you won’t believe it’s actually good for you!!
In order to have the same consistently delicious taste we have created a slightly different recipe for our whey and vegan proteins.
Try it yourself:
Whey:
- 6oz Coconut milk,
- 60g HERMOSA whey vanilla protein (4 scoops from jar, 2 scoops from pouches or 2 sachets)
 
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 5g creatine
- 1tbsp Almond butter
- 1 cup ice
Vegan:
- 8oz Almond Milk
- 60g HERMOSA vegan vanilla protein (4 scoops from jar, 2 scoops from pouches or 2 sachets)
- 2tsp cinnamon
- 5g creatine
- 1tbsp Almond butter
- 1 cup ice
This recipe is not only delicious but packed with ingredients that will even further elevate your recovery and boost your post-workout confidence
Creatine to hydrate your muscles and boost brain health 
Cinnamon to regulate your blood sugar 
Almond butter for your dose of healthy fat
