INGREDIENTS

- 100g pecans
- 80g raisins
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 small scoop HERMOSA Sculpt Chocolate Vegan Protein
- 50g desiccated coconut
- 35g peanut butter
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

INSTRUCTIONS
- Put the pecans in a food processor and blitz them into crumbs. Add the raisins, peanut butter, cocoa powder and agave syrup, then pulse to combine.
- Shape the mixture into balls and roll them in desiccated coconut to coat.
- Put them in the freezer for 5-10 mins and serve. They’ll be the perfect consistency for a quick boost!

SUBSTITUTES

Agave nectar - Likewise, if you’d rather switch out the agave for honey, that totally works as well. You do you!
